Hi, I'm known by the name of Kali on the internet and I'm the creator and builder of the world of Zurith! It's a world that is years in the making, but has only recently started to be properly moved onto WorldAnvil for others to read and enjoy! Zurith is a world that is very dear to my heart, and I'm excited to be able to share where it goes and its progression with the WorldAnvil community!
Interests & Hobbies
Alongside reading, writing, and games, I'm also very into Dungeons and Dragons. I'm still a relatively 'new' player, I've only ever played 5e and I've only been playing since 2018, but I'm slowly building up my knowledge of the game and expanding my horizons in terms of classes and races! I have two groups that I play with on the weekends (that have both been afflicted multiple times with the dreaded scheduling conflict disease), and I've made a lot of great friends because of them! D&D is not something I talk about a lot in the WorldAnvil community as I'm not here for D&D purposes, but I'm happy to talk about it with fellow lovers of the game regardless!
Favorite Books
i don't know if I have any 'favourite' books, or book series, but I can say that my favourite genres to read is anything involving fantasy, specifically Sword & Sorcery. I'm also very into supernatural elements, and romance, and I have a huge love for classical literature as well!
Favorite Games
I like most games with an engaging and deep storyline; Detroit: Become Human had me in a chokehold for a long time. I also love games such as Baldur's Gate and the Witcher series, as well as more light-hearted games like Hades and Haven. I find it very easy to get into games, and I use them a lot to chill out and relax.
