Anima Radix Fringe
On the outermost edge of the system lies the Fringe. Very few settlements remain intact this far out from the Core, where the harshest conditions limit colonization efforts. The most well-known location in the Fringe is the sprawling prison facility called Tartarus on Pluto's moon, Charon. The colony covers nearly the entire surface of the moon and his home to the most dangerous criminals in the galaxy.
